By accessing or using Fluentra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Fluentra is an AI-powered German language learning platform. We provide personalized learning content, progress tracking, and assessment tools to help users improve their German language skills.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Use the Service in accordance with these Terms
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Upload malicious content or engage in harmful activities

5. Educational Use
Our Service is intended for educational purposes. Users are expected to use the platform in good faith for language learning and may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Fluentra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.
8. Payment and Subscriptions
Fluentra offers subscription-based services. Payment terms will be specified in separate agreements. Users may access the Service through individual subscriptions via the App Store or Google Play.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend operations for maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, Fluentra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from service use.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your service rights cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use indicates acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
